There are many instances when American Sign Language Interpreters/Translators are needed, such as an emergency room visits or a parent teacher conference, a courtroom hearing or a job interview, a performance, or even a phone call. There are countless situations in which ASL Interpreters are needed. There are roughly 500,000 Deaf and Hard of Hearing people living in the U.S. who occasionally have need of an Interpreter to go about some of the routines of life.
